You agree to use Zyan AI strictly for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer model weights, probe system security bounds, or generate defamatory, harmful, or fraudulent content. Automated mass scraping of prototype endpoints is prohibited.

Artificial intelligence outputs are probabilistic by nature. While Zyan is tuned for factual precision and low hallucinations, outputs should always be independently verified for mission-critical legal, medical, or financial applications.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
